Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience or advanced degree without experience or equivalent work experience
- Degree in Electrical Engineering Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field
- Experience in utility renewable energy or high-voltage engineering
- EIT or progress toward PE license
- Experience with Salesforce Sitetracker or similar platforms
- Knowledge of NEC local building codes and electrical distribution requirements
- Working knowledge of electrical systems construction drawings and site design processes
- Proficiency with CAD tools such as AutoCAD Bluebeam SketchUp or Google Earth
- Familiarity with utility interconnection AHJ and permitting requirements
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

Day to day
- Produce engineering deliverables for fast-charging infrastructure projects from site feasibility through permitting and construction
- Create conceptual site layouts single-line diagrams permitting packages and cost estimates while ensuring quality code compliance and design consistency
- Coordinate with external engineering partners internal teams and stakeholders to track progress resolve issues and support project development
