Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science computer engineering or related technical field
- 10+ years experience in quality management for software hardware or complex systems
- Experience managing direct reports
- Experience with ISO 9001 ISO 26262 ISO 21448 and ISO 21434
- Strong problem-solving analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced evolving environment
- Experience delivering production systems from prototype to product launch and in-field maintenance

Day to day
- Lead a team of Quality Assurance engineers and oversee quality control and assurance processes across engineering.
- Drive compliance audits and improve alignment with QMS, safety, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards.
- Partner with development, V&V, and corporate quality teams to deliver practical quality management procedures and release artifacts.
