- Strong technical and delivery background with experience as a software engineer
- Accountable for delivery across squad(s), fostering engineering excellence, and leading a group of around ~10 engineers
- Partner with senior engineers on technical initiatives, build stakeholder relationships, and contribute to company-wide best practices

- Experimentation-led environment familiarity with distributed systems

- Lead two teams of Engineers in the Financial Health space of Borrowing, focusing on user experience and platform development
- Accountable for technical and delivery outcomes for the area, supporting and developing engineering talent
- Collaborate with various disciplines to ensure financial health regulations are met
