Requirements
- Experience building and operating internal infrastructure platforms on public cloud environments such as AWS GCP or Azure including provisioning scaling and reliability engineering
- Led and managed high-performing software or infrastructure engineering teams for 3+ years including hiring developing and retaining talent
- Demonstrated ownership of Kubernetes at scale including building or leading a K8s-based internal platform from the ground up
- Operated effectively in startup environments navigating ambiguity while delivering foundational systems with lean teams

Day to day
- Lead the Infrastructure Platform team that builds and operates foundational cloud infrastructure for engineering velocity

- Improve reliability security and compliance across infrastructure while reducing friction and enabling faster delivery to production
