Who you are
- Experience in using metrics for data-driven decisions in delivery processes
- Lead mixed team of senior and junior engineers in specialist roles
- Minimum 1 year experience in leading teams of over 5 engineers
- Considerable software industry experience
- Comfortable with public speaking, presenting, and evangelising best practices
- Good communication skills and problem-solving mindset
- Experience in agile environment using Scrum or Kanban with continuous delivery
What the job involves
- Lead two cross-functional Engineering teams to deliver features and functionality for platform improvement
- Take line management of engineering squads and lead project delivery
- Contribute to leadership of engineering to improve efficiency and effectiveness
