  • 1+ year of experience in managing and growing engineering teams
  • Experience managing production applications with high availability, resilience, and low latency
  • Experience handling production outages and implementing remediations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to support team members' growth, deliver constructive feedback, and manage conflicts
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in enterprise cloud computing at scale with experience using AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Day to day

  • Lead the Shared Revenue Services team responsible for building reliable, high-performance, and scalable foundational services.
  • Mentor and develop talented engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and create essential customer experiences.
  • Drive the strategy, roadmap, quality, performance, and architecture of the product in a fast-paced environment, ensuring continual improvement of engineering operations and processes through data-driven decision making.
