- Possess natural people leadership skills to develop and grow the team and produce high-quality results
- Demonstrate a start-up mindset to deliver results at pace and drive initiatives forward
- Experience in managing performance reviews, running 1-2-1's, and providing feedback to the team
- Be product-minded with a focus on building B2B SaaS products and creating great products
- Collaborative skills to bring different teams together for success
- Strong technical skills with an understanding of development best practices and architecture
- Preferably have full-stack/frontend leaning with experience in React, Typescript, Svelte, and C#

- Lead a squad of 4-6 Engineers in the Client Experience team, influencing client success by providing expert documentation and data tools
- Motivate and mentor the team to deliver innovative solutions for clients
- Care about technology and shipping great products for client satisfaction
