Who you are

  • Experience in development platforms, AI/ML, CI/CD, or technical products
  • System, API, infrastructure design using cloud concepts
  • Experience in high growth tech environment with Javascript, Typescript, or Go
  • Effective trade-offs balancing engineering and product needs
  • Experience shipping products at scale and on-time
  • Experience managing projects throughout the SDLC
  • End-to-end quality best practices implementation
  • Staffing, interviewing, building, and retaining teams
  • Managing, coaching, and mentoring engineers
  • Conveying complex ideas in various formats for stakeholder buy-in



What the job involves

  • Planning and executing complex technical projects
  • Collaborating with technical leads and contributing to the architecture, design, and development of AI/ML projects
  • Working with the product team to ensure successful rollouts from requirements analysis through implementation and operations
  • Developing tools to improve team and product performance
  • Supporting growth opportunities for team members by providing coaching and mentorship
