• Ensure compliance with all Keyloop policies in software development and security.
• Monitor quality and performance through regular KPI analysis.
• Coordinate team activities and supervise agile ceremonies.
• Execute delivery plans to meet committed dates.
• Allocate resources for bug-fixing to meet SLA and maintenance targets.
• Collaborate with other department heads to support operational objectives.
• Facilitate communication and conduct team performance reviews.
• Define and execute technical training plans.
