Who you are

• Experience as a backend developer and leading teams of 7+ engineers writing code exclusively in Rust
• Proficiency in Rust
• Strong proficiency with basic cryptographic concepts
• Familiarity with modern build pipelines and tooling
• Deep knowledge of software development and delivery best practices
• Experience driving solutions to business problems
• Understanding asynchronous programming
• Understanding accessibility and security compliance
• Understanding user authentication and authorization between systems
• Strong passion for Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies
• Strong written skills in English
