Who you are

  • Experience managing and supporting live systems in a production environment
  • Programming experience in relevant technologies such as Java, .Net/C#, JS, SQL, React
  • Strong understanding of incident management, monitoring tools, and automation processes
  • Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and practices
  • Experience with multiple cloud platforms like AWS and Azure
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices including CICD Pipelines, containerization, and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog and Splunk
  • Skills in automation tools and scripting such as Python / JS


What the job involves

  • Overseeing the continuous monitoring and production support of live systems
  • Resolving customer bugs and implementing enhancements for existing products
  • Leading a team of SREs and Software Engineers focusing on development support, bug fixes, and customer requests
