Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering Cybersecurity or related technical field
  • 8+ years experience in DevOps cybersecurity engineering or related fields
  • 5+ years leadership experience managing technical teams
  • Experience with DoD compliance requirements IL2 IL6 FedRAMP and NIST assessment processes
  • Expert-level knowledge of AWS services especially AWS GovCloud
  • Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform services and security controls
  • Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code tools Terraform CloudFormation Ansible
  • Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes in secure environments
  • Experience with IAM solutions and Zero Trust architectures
  • Strong background in DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline security integration
  • Ability to build lead and scale high-performing engineering teams
  • Strong project management skills managing multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Eligibility for a US Secret clearance and US Citizenship

Day to day

  • Lead and grow a compliance engineering team that delivers secure automation and measurable results.
  • Shape the strategy for Policy as Code, continuous compliance monitoring, and compliance ROI.
  • Architect and improve multi-cloud security solutions across AWS GovCloud and GCP while supporting DevSecOps workflows.
