Remote Engineering Manager - Migrations and Registrations Job in United States Plaid

Who you are

• Minimum 1+ years of Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) experience
• Minimum 1+ years of engineering management experience with significant experience as a software engineer
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to system architecture and code on a small team
• Proven experience in scaling platforms used by internal teams
• Strong product sense and understanding of customer needs
• Proven track record in fostering high functioning teams
• Experience and enthusiasm for advancing Open Finance

• Build a scalable platform to enable thousands of data providers to migrate their integrations to fulfill industry requirements
• Drive individual impact by focusing on results and technical excellence through contributions to system architecture and writing code with 30-50% of your time
• People management of engineers -- career growth performance management promotions feedback
• Setting team strategy in partnership with PM counterparts & managing execution (e.g. planning sprints etc)
• Coordinating with relevant teams to deliver on objectives and create longer term strategies
