Requirements

- Strong understanding of warehouse material handling systems blueprints and construction processes
- Ability to manage multimillion-dollar budgets and control costs
- Experience with vendor bidding selection and contract administration
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Excel Microsoft Project Smartsheet Bluebeam and AutoCAD
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to travel 75% and work flexible schedules

Day to day
- Manage and oversee large-scale capital material handling and warehouse projects from initiation through closeout.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering operations procurement vendors and technology to keep deliverables aligned and on schedule.
- Drive project execution through budgeting scheduling testing go-live support quality assurance issue resolution and final turnover.
