Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • Knowledge of Autodesk applications
  • Hands-on experience with deployment and inventory tools such as SCCM or PDQ
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 11 and Windows Server 2019 environments
  • Basic iOS knowledge
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural and geographically distributed team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Day to day

  • Maintain and support Engineering IT services so they stay operational performant and aligned with business needs
  • Build test and debug software packages to support deployment solutions and smooth software delivery
  • Resolve incidents problems and service requests quickly across installations patching upgrades and user support
