Who you are

  • 3+ years interacting with customers in a pre-sales capacity
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to multi-level audiences
  • Customer-centric mindset with a track record in building executive relationships rallying internal teams to meet customer needs
  • French and English speaking
  • Creative problem solver interpreting complex business problems collaborating with prospects partners and the Atlassian sales team to deliver value-based solutions
  • Comfortable in both business and technical contexts interacting with executives or talking shop with strong technical audiences
  • Passionate about learning growing and challenging yourself open to feedback tolerates failure loves to win and make customers and Atlassian successful



What the job involves

  • Partner with direct sales partners and larger account teams on Fortune 500 customers tracking the overall customer profile business problems and roadmaps to optimize customers within your territory
  • Participate in customer discovery to understand their current state map to Atlassian products platforms and solutions to achieve their goals
  • Be a product expert of Atlassian software in the pre-sales process articulating its value to change their way of working understand lead and guide the customer's technical needs in the sales process gain buy-in on Atlassian being the right decision
  • Lead compelling value-based demonstrations from individual product demos to selling the large vision of the whole portfolio
  • Proactively forge strong partnerships with aligned account executives to improve the selling cycle together
  • Document and share product feedback and customer intelligence with product management
  • Continuously learn develop and refine your pre-sales and product solution offering knowledge sales processes and Atlassian products progress
