Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in technology/SaaS sales, preferably within the HR tech space
- Consistent track record of exceeding your quota and revenue goals
- Hunter with a keen passion for net-new sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and comfort selling to the C-suite
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in demonstrating software to customers/prospects in sales cycles
- Proficiency using Salesforce, Outreach and the Microsoft Suite
