Requirements

  • BA/BS required
  • 8+ years of field sales experience preferred with an emphasis on data or advanced analytics
  • 5+ years experience focused on generating new business with enterprise accounts
  • Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships
  • Experience achieving an annual quota of $1M+ of ARR
  • Track record of selling data, analytics, and services packages at $200K/year for initial contracts
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex solutions to decision makers
  • Excellent communicator, presenter, and relationship manager
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environment and overcome ambiguity challenges typical of startups
  • Self-aware, curious, and driven
  • Ability to understand how data, simulation, machine learning, and AI are complementary and how each market is evolving
  • Remote work capabilities with computer, printer, and cell phone in good working order
  • Professionalism and appropriate decorum before customers and vendors

Day to day

  • Help organizations improve ROI using synthetic populations to simulate the impact of strategies and interventions
