Requirements
- BA/BS required
- 8+ years of field sales experience preferred with an emphasis on data or advanced analytics
- 5+ years experience focused on generating new business with enterprise accounts
- Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships
- Experience achieving an annual quota of $1M+ of ARR
- Track record of selling data, analytics, and services packages at $200K/year for initial contracts
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex solutions to decision makers
- Excellent communicator, presenter, and relationship manager
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environment and overcome ambiguity challenges typical of startups
- Self-aware, curious, and driven
- Ability to understand how data, simulation, machine learning, and AI are complementary and how each market is evolving
- Remote work capabilities with computer, printer, and cell phone in good working order
- Professionalism and appropriate decorum before customers and vendors

Day to day
- Help organizations improve ROI using synthetic populations to simulate the impact of strategies and interventions
- Execute sales and marketing strategies and refine the sales motion as you learn from customers and expand into new verticals
