Who you are

  • 3+ years of closing experience as an AE in a SaaS Mid-Market environment
  • Experience closing deals valued at £100 000+ for organizations of 500-5,000+ plus employees
  • Proven track record of success in hitting revenue targets
  • Ability to outbound prospect and generate a minimum of 50% of pipeline
  • Strong understanding and the ability to use formal sales methodologies
  • Problem solver who can identify challenges propose solutions & overcome objections
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency
  • Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
  • The ability to handle high volumes pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and highly diligent user of CRM & business intelligence tools
  • Superb time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
  • Exceptional relationship building and people skills
  • Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills



What the job involves

  • Be passionate about following up with a high volume of marketing qualified leads MQLs generated from various campaigns in a quick and timely manner
  • Research MQLs online to identify needs news links mutual connection etc. to develop personalised messages
  • Prospect initiate and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations
  • Perform outbound activities to build revenue pipeline
  • Manage the whole sales cycle from prospecting through closing
  • Target key decision makers to determine buying readiness and timelines
  • Capture and manage information data and metrics in our CRM sales analytics tools business intelligence tools and promotional asset creation tools
  • Attend trade shows events and conferences
  • Network with market influencers global HR thought leaders consultants and partners
  • Demonstrate a passion for being on the phone and excel in engaging with people and prospects
  • Master our CRM bespoke sales processes business intelligence tools and asset creation platforms
  • Work closely with our marketing and PR company
  • Research the needs of the top qualified leads and learn who makes decisions about purchasing
  • Help HubbubHR personnel to understand our prospects needs detailed prospects requirements customise script for product demos
  • Contact a high volume of MQLs via phone email and LinkedIn to establish rapport set up meetings qualify leads and organize a handover call to the senior AE sales team
  • Prospect initiate and nurture business relationships to generate new business partnership opportunities
  • Work closely with our marketing team participate in trade shows events and conferences
  • Work with the HubbubHR team to understand our prospects needs detailed requirements to prepare for discovery calls and product demonstrations
