Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B sales environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Ability to travel 50 to 75% of the time

Desirables

  • General knowledge of industrial rotating equipment such as Motors, Pumps, Fans, Gearboxes, Compressors, etc.
  • Experience selling virtually via video conferencing platforms
  • Software, Technology, or Industrial Internet of Things sales experience



What the job involves

  • We are seeking a hunter salesperson, who has experience selling technologies, cold calling, and closing new logo business.
  • The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for generating increased revenue for KCF by strategically expanding our footprint within the industry, bringing in new prospects to grow our customer base, and collaborating with technical teams to fuel customer success.
  • Identifies opportunities to increase customer base and maximize potential of existing accounts
  • Builds strong relationships with customers; ensures mutually beneficial partnership with customer base
  • Responsible for prospecting large-scale accounts that have potential to generate up to $30 million in revenue per year
  • Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts
  • Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs
  • Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations
  • Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies
  • Drafting and negotiating sales agreements in conjunction with Sales Leadership
  • Provide customer support and serve as liaison between the customer and KCF engineering
  • Developing accounts based on cold calling or initial engagements
