What the job involves

  • Exceed quarterly and annual software and services sales quotas by driving expansion sales within a portfolio of accounts
  • Lead primary and secondary account teams by partnering with various departments
  • Develop short and long-term growth and renewal strategies across the customer base
  • Execute complex, high-value solution-based sales processes
  • Proactively develop proposals aligning with customer initiatives and position Smartsheet as a software solution provider
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities and track critical metrics using CRM
  • Utilize Smartsheet in daily sales activities
