Who you are

  • Proven track record of closing new opportunities in MSSP space preferably in mid-sized to enterprise MSSPs
  • 5+ years quota-carrying Software Sales Technology Sales Account Management or Cyber Security Sales experience
  • Ability to prospect for outbound leads and nurture inbound lead flow
  • Achieve quarterly goals metrics and objectives
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership for new logo acquisition strategies
  • Deliver feedback to product and go-to-market teams from customers and prospects
  • Passion to work at an early-stage startup and make an impact for the team and company



What the job involves

  • Prospect and close opportunities with high-value MSSP prospects
  • Drive adoption and expansion within MSSP customer install base
  • Build lasting relationships with strategic Partners
  • Leverage Partner teams to gain access to strategic automation initiatives
  • Develop understanding of the unique buying process for strategic customers
  • Identify and build features with Product Management and SE team
  • Ensure support levels with Support team
  • Understand professional services engagements required for strategic customers
  • Articulate capabilities and value of Tines automation platform
  • Manage multiple strategic customer opportunities and close complex transactions
  • Uncover diverse use cases to assist MSSP customers
  • Prospect to supplement lead flow from Business Development Representatives team
