- Minimum 5 years sales experience in service-based offering (technology/HR)
- Field sales experience with a UK Driving licence
- Ability to self-generate new business opportunities and close sales
- Track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing deals with enterprise companies
- Experience in selling multi-country products
Day to day
- Sell ADP's HR and Payroll solutions to companies with over 1000 employees
- Own new business generation strategy and monitor success
- Arrange prospect appointments, demo software, and coordinate ADP teams
- Advise on suitable products and services for clients
- Maintain sales processes and meet KPIs
