Requirements
- 5+ years in Enterprise Architecture or related technology leadership roles
- Experience developing current-state and future-state architecture models
- Experience creating architecture artifacts diagrams roadmaps and technical documentation
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems integrations dependencies and technology planning
- Ability to facilitate cross-functional discussions and influence stakeholders across multiple teams
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a consultative mindset and ability to work independently

Day to day
- Support enterprise-wide technology strategy and modernization initiatives by defining future-state architecture and guiding strategic planning.
- Create and maintain architecture artifacts, capability models, roadmaps, diagrams, and repository content in LeanIX and related tools.
- Lead architecture governance activities, review solution designs, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technology decisions with business capabilities.
