• Expert in CRM technologies like Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Marketing technologies such as Adobe Suite, Marketo, and Salesforce.
• Experience leading Sales & Marketing platform implementations.
• Designing integrations between Sales & Marketing platforms and enterprise solutions.
• Proficiency in Agile SDLC methods.
• Ability to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Broad technical knowledge of current and future technology trends.
• Interest in AI and innovative AI solutions.
• Competence in project management concepts.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and provide clear direction.

Desirables

• Knowledge of other Sales & Marketing applications such as Introhive, SAP, SuccessFactors, DocuSign, Oracle NetSuite, PowerBI.
• Experience leading offshore teams.
• Understanding of GDPR and ISO 27001.
• Qualifications in ITIL and TOGAF.
• Bachelor’s degree.
