Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in customer success technical architecture or similar enterprise SaaS role
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
  • Experience architecting and delivering multi-cloud solutions with strong Salesforce proficiency
  • Track record of identifying growth opportunities and driving revenue expansion
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms data integration and CRM systems
  • Ability to travel as required

Day to day

  • Work directly with enterprise customers to design and implement multi-cloud Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and act as a customer advocate to ensure needs are understood and met.
  • Lead technical discovery and provide consultative guidance across Salesforce clouds while identifying growth opportunities and presenting high-impact solutions.
