Who you are

• Experience in marketing, sales or a customer-facing team in a B2B technology organisation
• You're comfortable picking up the phone to senior people (C-Suite, Directors etc)
• Experience with marketing automation software, ideally Hubspot
• Analytical skills to report back to senior stakeholders
• Obsessed with finding new ways of delivering growth, motivated by hitting targets and capable of self-directing
• Interested in sales psychology and communication, always pushing boundaries to figure out what messaging converts a prospect into a meeting
• You're able to travel to London on a regular basis for trade shows, events and team meet ups

What the job involves

• You will be responsible for outbound marketing and automation strategy to reach and engage prospects with the right message at the right time.
• You'll work closely with the marketing, sales and product teams and be solely responsible for programmes aimed at growing engagement with our target audiences.
• You will design, create, execute and manage outbound workflows & processes (research, outbound calls, email sequences, gifting, social outreach etc.).
