Who you are

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Customer Success or Account Management in the payments industry or technology-related industry
  • Ability to navigate In-person solutions, Ecommerce Gateways, and the End to End payment cycle
  • Build multi-layered relationships with key enterprise client contacts
  • Respond to high-impact customer/product escalations in a manner that drives customer loyalty and advocacy
  • Engage with and develop productive relationships with stakeholders at C-Suite level
  • Data-driven and analytical approach to commercials, pricing, and contracting
  • Knowledge of Fintech trends including Card Acquiring, Card Schemes, Local Payment methods, Open Banking, and the fast-changing payments landscape

  • Manage large key Enterprise clients and ensure retention and growth of their business
  • Deliver customer success by understanding and adopting new products and services
  • Work closely with customers to understand their definition of success and use our products to support this goal
  • Create and develop Account Plans to ensure customers benefit from the latest technology
  • Provide client consultancy to optimize processing behavior using our tools.
