Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise Customer Success Account Management or a commercial AM role in SaaS
  • Proven track record of owning and closing upsell and expansion revenue
  • Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder accounts at senior level
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to discuss ROI unit economics and business impact
  • Structured written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to identify churn risk early and act quickly
  • Data-driven approach using CRM and product data
  • Collaborative mindset with strong internal and external relationship building

Day to day

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise and strategic accounts and act as a trusted commercial partner to high-MRR customers
  • Drive SaaS upsell and cross-sell opportunities with a structured pipeline and consistent cadence
  • Lead executive relationships, run QBRs and EBRs, and collaborate closely with Sales RevOps and Product to improve retention and growth
