Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise Customer Success Account Management or a commercial AM role in SaaS
- Proven track record of owning and closing upsell and expansion revenue
- Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder accounts at senior level
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to discuss ROI unit economics and business impact
- Structured written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify churn risk early and act quickly
- Data-driven approach using CRM and product data
- Collaborative mindset with strong internal and external relationship building

Day to day
- Own a portfolio of enterprise and strategic accounts and act as a trusted commercial partner to high-MRR customers
- Drive SaaS upsell and cross-sell opportunities with a structured pipeline and consistent cadence
- Lead executive relationships, run QBRs and EBRs, and collaborate closely with Sales RevOps and Product to improve retention and growth
