- Must possess a valid driver’s license and suitable driving record.

Day to day
- Provides onsite system diagnostic and analytical support to customers.
- Responds to systems failures including hardware storage area networks and system configurations.
- Available to respond to customer issues 24/7 and service equipment within designated area.
- Utilizes diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques for effective repair.
- Manages inventory and parts based on service contracts.
