What the job involves
Conduct internal and external discovery calls to understand customer needs and create tailored implementation plans
Project manage the full implementation plan across stakeholders, ensuring accountabilities and risks are clearly communicated
Advise on the best use of Pinpoint and suggest workflow improvements for customers
Manage internal resources for integrations and product requests
Create training resources for new customers, including in-person and asynchronous training sessions
Ensure customers are set up for success after going live, prepare for account handover to a CSM
