  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft System Center Technologies
  • Excellent understanding of Wintel technologies
  • Expertise in monitoring metrics for Microsoft and Linux Operating Systems

  • Experience in delivering improved monitoring tooling
  • Ability to monitor and stabilize an infrastructure
  • Ability to manage and improve capacity management processes
  • Quality and comprehensiveness of past work and documentation
  • Effective communication skills to interact with customers and third-party groups

What the job involves

  • Delivering monthly availability and patching reports on schedule
  • Collaborating with the customer's team
  • Improve the current reporting process by moving to automation
  • Assisting with the introduction and integration of new tooling
  • Provide technical expertise in enterprise management tooling from build to support
  • Ensure the current enterprise management tools are configured to encompass all BackOffice Systems to industry and Fujitsu standards
  • Collaborate with Fujitsu Back-Office support staff, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and cultural integration
  • Work closely with the service team and the customer to understand their requirements and expectations
  • Advocate for and implement Fujitsu's capacity reporting methodologies
  • Analyse current and future systems capacity requirements to ensure adequate resources are available
