Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science required.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise software sales particularly in open source technology and solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong planning organizational and reporting skills.
  • A proven track record in achieving sales targets and acquiring new accounts.
  • Ability to travel for customer engagements and company events.



What the job involves

  • Lead a team of 5-10 enterprise sales representatives in assigned territory.
  • Build and execute detailed sales and territory plans.
  • Allocate tasks and goals to team members ensuring effective distribution of responsibilities.
  • Identify and prioritize key accounts and prospects for targeted sales efforts.
  • Monitor and support the team's pipeline development through proactive outreach and customer engagement.
