Who you are

  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Level SDR or BDR in a B2B sales development or inside sales role and experience selling to HR buyers
  • Demonstration of past success in terms of hitting goals/quotas
  • Previous experience with CRM and Sales Engagement platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, Outreach)
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills tied with effective time management

What the job involves

  • We're currently seeking a talented Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our team.
  • You'll be working to get meetings with potential businesses in our target market interested in employee listening initiatives.
  • You'll be representing our company and our awesome products and services to potential buyers.
  • You will keep track of data related to interested prospects and work closely with our sales account executives to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Identify opportunities and provide sales support to the sales team.
  • Receive and direct inbound leads and leads from other activities to ensure diligent follow-up.
  • Conduct account research and daily outbound calling and emailing to targeted prospects with the goal of qualifying and setting a meeting with the account executive.
  • Generate and submit activity and result reports in Salesforce.
  • Occasionally attend educational workshops and career development and/or technical training.
