Day to day
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations to explain how our products and services function highlighting their unique value propositions and benefits
- Collaborate with customers and our engineering team to ensure our equipment meets all system requirements addressing any technical challenges that arise
- Communicate effectively with the sales team to understand customer demands and provide necessary technical support during the sales process
- Build and maintain strong rapport with customers fostering trust and acceptance of our products and services
- Plan and coordinate modifications to existing products to meet evolving consumer demands and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist clients in resolving any issues related to product usage providing expert guidance and support
- Recommend new and improved products to customers explaining how our solutions can be more cost-effective and beneficial for their needs
