Who you are

  • Passionate about educating customers on observability risks
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experienced in programming/scripting with Java, Python, Ruby, Go, Node.JS, PHP, .NET, etc.
  • Minimum 3+ years in Sales Engineering or DevOps Engineering role
  • Able to travel up to 45% of the time



What the job involves

  • Provide technical expertise through sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Support technical evaluations and help qualify/close opportunities
  • Articulate the value proposition and vision to customers
  • Own technical engagement with customers during trial phase
  • Deliver product and technical briefings to potential clients
  • Maintain accurate notes and feedback in CRM regarding customer input
  • Proactively engage with customers and internal teams regarding product feedback
