Who you are

  • 3+ years of Experience in SaaS solution presales with additional experience in development, devops, consulting and customer success management
  • Experience with Cloud Native and Hybrid solutions
  • Experience with JavaScript, or a working knowledge of common development languages to enable basic scripting
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or similar certification/knowledge in related field
  • Experience or exposure to DevOps teams, tools, and culture: CI/CD, Configuration Management, Monitoring/management solutions, ITSM (helpdesk) solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • History as a public technical or company advocate through roundtable discussions, webinars, blogs or other articles
  • Proven ability to engage with clients and build relationships
  • Team player, with strong self-starter attitude
  • Ability to handle objections and educate prospects in a consultative manner
  • Ability to Travel up to 30%



What the job involves

  • Assist sales with discovery with clients to understand technical and process challenges to establish current state, next steps, and future vision.
  • Collaborate on building and delivering compelling solution demonstrations based on client requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with sales to build and deliver business justifications to senior executives, IT Managers, and client procurement.
  • Leverage your knowledge of delivering applications using an automated CI/CD process to frame value-based discussions.
  • Deliver well scoped and managed proof of concepts to drive automated incident response.
