Day to day
- Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise sales reps showcasing the value of our solutions
- Tackle technical challenges with creative solutions built on the SmartBear advantage
- Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations webinars and videos
- Partner with sales reps to navigate complex POCs and develop winning account strategies
- Build relationships with executive level sponsors by bridging technology solutions and business outcomes
- Work closely with Marketing Product Management and Customer Adoption teams to drive product success and customer satisfaction
- Assume responsibility for all components of the technical win by completing RFPs building POC checklists and tailored demo environments
- Represent our solutions at industry events trade shows and customer on-sites up to 10% travel
