    What the job involves

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise sales reps showcasing the value of our solutions
    • Tackle technical challenges with creative solutions built on the SmartBear advantage
    • Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations webinars and videos
    • Partner with sales reps to navigate complex POCs and develop winning account strategies
    • Build relationships with executive level sponsors by bridging technology solutions and business outcomes
    • Work closely with Marketing Product Management and Customer Adoption teams to drive product success and customer satisfaction
    • Assume responsibility for all components of the technical win by completing RFPs building POC checklists and tailored demo environments
    • Represent our solutions at industry events trade shows and customer on-sites up to 10% travel
