Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience with 5+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • Knowledge of banking software (core, digital banking, etc.) and banking operations
  • Proven ability of creating deep, trusted relationships with C-level Executives and decision makers
  • Use a consultative approach to diagnose prospect needs and create a vision of the solution
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Sales proficiency in relationship building, negotiation, persuasion, and overcoming objections
  • New logo sales experience

Day to day

  • Drive the sale of Nymbus services and products, enabling growth through new routes to market for banks and credit unions
  • Understand prospective customer’s business objectives and build a vision of success with Nymbus solutions
  • Develop new and existing sales territories
  • Identify opportunities based on Nymbus solutions, industry trends, and market activities
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and negotiate and close business to achieve objectives
