Who you are

  • Proven expertise in Solutions Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Solution Consulting roles in SaaS, cloud, or Martech with a focus on working with customer data at an Enterprise B2C scale
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing technologies, including marketing automation platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), CRM systems, digital advertising tools, and analytics platforms
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills, including presenting complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong experience collaborating with product, marketing, engineering, privacy, and analytics teams
  • Willingness and desire to be creative and experiment, make mistakes, and learn
  • Must be located in EMEA with conversational, business, and technical fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel to client sites, with a 25% travel requirement

  • Industry experience with familiarity in mobile, data-driven marketing, and SaaS solutions
  • Ability to set and execute priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent collaborator with ability to engage across multiple teams

What the job involves

  • Work directly with customers and partners to demonstrate the value and capabilities of our platform in EMEA and Emerging Markets region
  • Collaborate with Sales team throughout the sales cycle on enterprise opportunities to help qualify technical requirements, influence decision-making, and prove tangible value
  • Advocate for driving customer value through identifying opportunities and providing customized technical solutions.
