Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in solutions engineering system integration or similar customer-facing technical role
- Experience working with POS ERP WMS workforce management inventory management or planogram systems
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs Python SQL regex data modeling and integration design patterns
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern data pipelines such as ETL or streaming
- Experience designing and delivering integrated solutions in complex multi-stakeholder environments
- Ability to lead cross-functional implementation projects manage timelines and mitigate risks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive and technical audiences

Day to day
- Act as the technical expert and trusted advisor for retail customers integrating Simbe Tally into existing ecosystems.
- Design end-to-end solution architectures and data flows across POS ERP WMS workforce management inventory and planogram systems.
- Support PoCs pilots implementations and deployments while troubleshooting issues and guiding adoption of Simbe applications APIs and BI tools.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to translate complex retail operations into scalable data-driven solutions and continuous product improvements.
