Day to day
- Provides analysis build implementation support maintenance and coordination for assigned Epic applications in a healthcare setting
- Acts as a liaison between vendors technical staff customers and project teams to align application build with organizational needs
- Develops workflows documentation reports dashboards data extracts and test materials while supporting change control training and issue resolution
