Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- 5+ years of ERP consulting NetSuite implementation or finance systems transformation experience
- Hands-on experience leading NetSuite implementations with ownership of at least one end-to-end functional workstream
- Deep expertise in one or more NetSuite areas such as ARM Manufacturing SuiteBilling ZoneBilling Advanced Financials Multi-Book Accounting or Consolidations
- Strong accounting and finance knowledge including US GAAP and ASC 606
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions
- Proven project leadership managing multiple stakeholders workstreams timelines and client deliverables
- Excellent client-facing communication and problem-solving skills

Day to day
- Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementations from business process design and configuration through deployment and post-go-live support
- Advise clients on NetSuite optimization initiatives fractional administration engagements and ongoing support projects
- Partner closely with Finance Accounting and Operations leaders to design scalable solutions that improve reporting and operational efficiency
