Requirements
- Strong English business communication skills
- Experience supporting Microsoft Navision Business Central and/or D365 in an international service environment
- Knowledge of ERP processes across finance commercial warehousing manufacturing and distribution
- Experience of ERP application management through the full systems lifecycle including upgrades or implementations
- Strong analytical problem-solving customer service and stakeholder communication skills
Nice to have
- Based in Europe
- Additional language skills
- ITIL Foundation
Day to day
- Support the development deployment maintenance and enhancement of a global ERP platform including Microsoft Navision and Business Central.
- Assist the transition to Microsoft Business Central SaaS with the Evision construction solution while working closely with IT business project delivery teams and external partners.
- Analyse requirements contribute to solution design testing deployment change management and ongoing service delivery across the Americas and Europe.
- Drive process improvement standardisation and reliable ERP support in a complex global environment.
