Esprit Applications Engineer

Day to day

• Focus on ESPRIT 2K ESPRIT EDGE pre-sales support training and special projects
• Provide support training and consulting over the web or on-site
• Create training materials such as videos curriculums slides support articles and written resources
• Conduct on-site visits partner visits and nurture customer relationships regularly
• Use PMT business systems for documenting and managing customer interactions
• Create external documents like training materials consulting reports and project management notes
• Record and report travel expenses using Expensify
• Embrace new technologies processes and solutions and guide the company to best outcomes
• Perform pre-sales demonstrations to add new clients
• Seek customer feedback and produce social media content
• Collaborate with the Hexagon team and related partners
• Conduct customer health checks and document key steps for improvement
• Support technical staff at machine tool partnerships
• Assist with creation of new classes and services and improve internal and external training materials
• Expand skills and capabilities continuously for training and consulting
• Position PMT products/solutions effectively in pre-sales
• Help with technological upgrades and improvements to training facilities and equipment
