Requirements

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • 8 years hands-on experience
  • Active DoD Secret clearance
  • Working knowledge or certification with ESS manufacturers such as Lenel AMAG DMP Software House FLIR Hirsch MDI Bosch Pelco Genetec HID or Axis
  • Working knowledge or certification with ACS IDS and CCTV operating systems
  • Experience installing testing and troubleshooting security system components and hardware
  • Ability to read and interpret ICD drawings and electrical schematics
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous workloads
  • Active passport for OCONUS travel

Day to day

  • Design, install, test, and implement electronic security systems for U.S. government missions
  • Participate in site surveys, gather site data, and develop material lists and design support documentation
  • Perform PITCO activities, physical installations, troubleshooting, and controlled documentation work in secure and challenging environments
