• Manage professional business communications and ongoing cross-functional interactions with clients in Europe ensuring a high-quality client experience and meeting their expectations.
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers across various client-facing levels.
• Maintain and grow a base of existing accounts conducting regular reviews and developing long-term retention and growth strategies.
• Anticipate understand and address competitive challenges and market issues impacting client businesses.
• Identify pursue and close new business opportunities within existing accounts through product market and portfolio expansion.
• Drive new business development by identifying potential customers negotiating and closing new deals.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales and product presentations and proposals.
• Foster and strengthen relationships with partners and clients.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to EU BDMs fostering a high-performance and collaborative team culture.
• Build and manage an active sales pipeline to ensure revenue targets are achieved.
• Oversee the entire sales funnel from lead acquisition to closing deals.
