Requirements

  • Technical background with at least 3 years of experience as an EUC engineer.
  • Expertise in device management systems such as Windows, iOS and Android.
  • Strong proficiency in creating and managing policies using Intune and Entra ID.
  • Experience with GPO, Active Directory and PowerShell scripting for system maintenance and security compliance.

Day to day

  • Contribute to the implementation, maintenance and lifecycle of endpoint security products.
  • Provide Level 3 support and act as an escalation point for endpoint security issues.
  • Work closely with support vendors to ensure incidents are managed within service levels.
