Day to day

  • Own the events calendar end to end with clear goals aligned to marketing sales customer and brand objectives
  • Lead planning and delivery across trade shows partner events customer advisory councils and internal company gatherings
  • Work cross functionally with content brand comms sales customer success and operations to deliver polished on brand experiences
  • Use HubSpot and Asana to manage workflows registration measurement follow up and reporting while tracking impact on pipeline revenue and attendee satisfaction
  • Negotiate with venues production partners and vendors to deliver high quality events within budget and bring fresh ideas from industry trends
