What the job involves

  • Develop and manage event plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Liaise with suppliers, venues, and contractors
  • Create and send pre- and post-event communications
  • Compile weekly internal communications email
  • Upload press releases to News section
  • Repurpose press releases for social media
  • Develop engaging content for event materials
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders
  • Oversee setup, execution, and teardown of events
  • Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback
  • Support Public Affairs agenda
  • Develop contingency plans for event issues
  • Manage social media messages and comments
  • Ensure events align with Star Pubs branding and values
